Process Analysis

The process analysis system is an essential component of the controlling loop of every plant in the factory. Making control decisions will be based on the results of the process analysis, which can directly affect the consumption of raw materials, input fuel, quality of output and product life cycle.

For each manufacturing establishment, the need for upgrading, transforming, and replacing the process analysis system is extremely important because of aiming to optimize the production process, save materials and fuel input, reduce loss as well as maximize the productivity and quality of the products. Therefore, Thanh Thien provides a whole package solution from consulting, designing, upgrading, transferring system to meet the requirements of customers in the best way, specifically as follows:

  • Providing product lines and solutions analyzed by lots of different manufacturers in the market.
  • Designing, manufacturing, and integrating auxiliary items of the system, including sample extraction system, transmitting, processing and conciliating sample (with indirect measurement solutions), electrical cabinet system, cooling water system, etc. that are in accordance with the requirements of anti-explosion, anti-water, anti-dust, anti-rust, anti-corrosion according to regulations and standards required from customers.
  • Providing after-sales services such as maintenance, servicing, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, which ensure bringing comprehensive support to your factories during operation of system after handover.
  • Providing services which comprise consulting, upgrading, repairing, and converting to existing systems.
  • Providing the training, guiding the operation and maintenance of equipment services which are performed by experts from Thanh Thien in particular, as well as reputable manufacturers of both domestically and abroad in general.

The process analysis system includes:
1. Classification according to measurement method:

  • Indirect: Samples are extracted from the pipeline technology by the sample aspirator, after that, brought to sample conditioning system before being put into the measuring equipment installed at the station.
  • Direct: measuring equipment installed directly on the pipeline technology.

2. Classification by technology line:
2.1. Analytical systems for technology lines with liquid components:

  • Common measurement criteria: pH, TSS, Color, COD/BOD/TOC, Ammonium, Water cut, Nitrates, Sulfides, Chromium, Phosphate, DO/EC, hydrocarbons (including RON, MON, cetane, aromatic, benzene, olefin) pour point, flash point, etc.
  • Purpose: process analysis (mixing, chemical reaction), balancing catalyst content, monitoring product quality, etc.
  • Application: used in food industry, chemical industry, petrochemical refining, fertilizer, iron and steel, cement, etc.

2.2. Analytical system for technology lines with gas components:

  • Common measurement criteria: inorganic gas (H2, N2, AR, CO, CO2, SO2, NH3…), Hydrocarbon (including CH4, C2H2, C2H4, C2H6, C3H4, C3H6, C3H8, C4, C5, C6), BTX, C8), amines, organic salts, pour point, distillation, flash point, etc.
  • Applications: process analysis (distillation, product separation, combustion, etc.), product quality monitoring, safety criteria monitoring.
  • Application: used in food industry, chemical industry, petrochemical refining, fertilizer, iron and steel, cement, etc.
